For how long can I cancel my purchase?
As a consumer, you have a 14 day right of cancellation, when you shop in our web shop.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day, you received the product or from the day, you got the last product in physical possession if it is an order for several products ordered in one order and delivered individually. If the products consist of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the date you get the last lot or the last part in physical possession.
You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase by sending us an email at email@example.com. In your message, you must make us aware in a clear manner that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. In the event of a cancellation of your purchase, we ask you to download, print and fill out our return form and send it back with the products.

You cannot cancel your order just by refusing to receive the product without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
Return by cancellation of purchase
You must send the product back to us without undue delay – and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must defray the direct costs of the product’s return shipment to our warehouse.
Missing original packaging may be an impairment, so to be sure to get all the money back, it is recommended that the product is returned in the original packaging.
Certain goods cannot, due to their nature, be returned by normal mail. This applies to large items like sofas, dining tables, chairs, etc.

The completed return form and a copy of the documentation of the purchase of the product must be enclosed in the package. Documentation of the purchase can be a copy of the order confirmation.
Please note that return is made at the buyer’s sole responsibility – it is the buyer who carries the risk of the products from the time of delivery until the return has arrived at our warehouse. Therefore, always be sure to get a tracking number on your return shipment or parcel.

Goods excluded from the right of cancellation
The following product types are excluded from the right of cancellation:
- Delivery of products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
In the event that Bagpipers Hub sells products that are custom made or customized individually according to the buyer’s requirements, the right of cancellation will only apply until the manufacturing or customization of the product has commenced.
The condition of the product when you return it
You will only be liable for any value deterioration of the product if the handling of it differs from that which is required to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product. In other words, you can test the product in the same way as if you tested it in a physical store, but you should not put it to real use.
If the product is tested further than what is described above, we consider it used, which means that, in the case of cancellation of the purchase, only some or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the commercial value of the product.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the paid amount. In the event of an impairment that you are liable for, it will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all of your expenses – including, if applicable, delivery costs associated with the purchase (however excluding extra costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer) without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days from the date, we received your notice of your decision to cancel the agreement. We make such reimbursement with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or you have provided us documentation that the product has been returned.
If you wish to use your right of cancellation, you must pay for the return shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
We do not accept packages that are not delivered directly to us or packages sent per. cash on delivery.
